"Horrible customer service, you have to call the multiple times to get something done as soon as you are on board.
My beacon was missing and I reported it, was one day late to install my insurance went from 175$ to 275$. After I called, first they said they will stop the charge which never happened, the charge went through still. Then I asked for one time understanding which I called about at least 5 times. After a week the girl Michelle finally gets back to me saying they can’t do anything about it, to which I told her I am going to cancel my policy and she assured me I will get a full refund after canceling. I went ahead and got another insurance. Called her back again to check and she said it takes a week or so to go through. After almost 2 weeks I get a call back saying out of 275$ I am only getting back 46$ 😳 when I asked why, she explained that they still went ahead and charged for the beacon. So if that was the case why did she not tell me on the beginning I would have kept it. Now I paid double. I asked to speak to a supervisor, nothing! I am still waiting for someone to call back. Horrible agency that doesn’t get the timelines right and don’t know what they are doing but still will charge you for their mistakes."
