"Very poor communication. I reached out to this agency for a homeowner’s insurance and auto bundled quote. The agent strung me along and promised that she was just waiting for underwriting. Follow up calls and emails were not responded to. The final straw was when a receptionist hung up without connecting me to the agent. Very disappointing and I cannot recommend this agency for any service."
